A New Weigh Book
Each week of the New Weigh program, participants will read through the weekly education in their book and track healthy behaviors to earn points. Participants will track physical activity, nutrition and weight loss or weight maintenance. One calendar style book is needed for each participant.

A New Weigh is a 12-week program challenging you to increase healthy habits that support weight loss or healthy weight maintenance.
Activity Bingo Book
Each Activity Bingo book contains four, separate bingo cards. Activities on each bingo card relate to the weekly topic. Participants should aim to complete one bingo (five activities) each week. One book is needed per participant. Some bingo squares are filled-in with activities, some squares are empty. Participants can use the activity idea list included in the book to create their own bingo challenges and fill-in more squares.

Program participants will use their Choose Well book to track healthy eating behaviors related to a specific topic area each week. Participants will learn that making small changes in their food choices and cooking methods can make a big difference. One book is needed for each participant in the program.
Dodging Diabetes Toolkit
Dodging Diabetes is a 4-week awareness program educating you on risk factors appropriate action steps toward preventing diabetes.
Dodging Hibernation cosists of 20 winter health tips on topics around physical activity, nutrition, social connection and mental health. Send out the short assessment to help employees discover which hibernation hurdles they need to focus on. The daily tips are a great way to help maintain motivation during the cold winter months!
Post the health tips to bulletin boards or in common areas, add them to your company's intranet site, insert them into your company newsletter or place them on break room tables. The information and ideas in this guide will help participants throughout the process of quitting tobacco. Participants will also find information about nicotine addiction, medication that may help, how to deal with stress, finding new habits and ways that others can show their support in the quitting process.
One workbook per participant is recommended. The Kick It Together toolkit comes with 10 copies of the participant workbook. Order additional copies as needed.
