The information and ideas in this guide will help participants throughout the process of quitting tobacco. Participants will also find information about nicotine addiction, medication that may help, how to deal with stress, finding new habits and ways that others can show their support in the quitting process.
One workbook per participant is recommended. The Kick It Together toolkit comes with 10 copies of the participant workbook. Order additional copies as needed.
