A New Weigh Book
Each week of the New Weigh program, participants will read through the weekly education in their book and track healthy behaviors to earn points. Participants will track physical activity, nutrition and weight loss or weight maintenance. One calendar style book is needed for each participant.
A New Weigh Toolkit
A New Weigh is a 12-week program challenging you to increase healthy habits that support weight loss or healthy weight maintenance.
Choose Well: Developing Mindful Eating Book
The Choose Well book will help participants examine their eating habits, discard the diet mentality and practice healthy eating habits that can last a lifetime. Throughout the four weeks, participants will complete program challenges as well as a weekly food journal. One book is needed for each participant in the program.
Choose Well: Eating Healthy at Home, at Work and on the Run Book
Program participants will use their Choose Well book to track healthy eating behaviors related to a specific topic area each week. Participants will learn that making small changes in their food choices and cooking methods can make a big difference. One book is needed for each participant in the program.
Focus on Hydration
The FOCUS on Hydration program will help participant work towards consuming 8 to 12 eight-ounce glasses of water each day through healthy hydration habits.
The Mindful Minute program will teach participants to slow down the mind with attention and intention as they work to add 35 minutes of mindful activities to their week (5 minutes per day).
